[Step 1] Company basic information collection (1-3 working days)
Letter of intent to register your company: Confirm your intent to register your Singapore company and various important information, including:

✔️ Business scope
✔️ Basic information of directors
✔️ Authorized company secretary
✔️ Shareholding structure
✔️ The registered office of the company
✔️ Financial year end (FYE)
✔️ Registered capital
【Step 2】Customer background investigation (1-3 working days)
Information of all company directors and shareholders, including:
✔️ Passport
✔️ Copy of ID card
✔️ A certificate of address dated the last three months (phone bill/utility bill/bank statement)
If shareholders involved in entities, you will also need:
✔️ Certificate of incorporation/registration paper
✔️ Company structure chart
✔️ Declaration of ultimate beneficial owner (UBO)
✔️ Constitution
✔️ Financial statements
✔️ Designation of a company representative
【Step 3】Data verification and customer signature (1-2 working days)
You will need to provide the following forms signed by the directors and shareholders:
✔️ Letter of Intent to Incorporate
✔️ KYC form and CDD FORM (Customer Background Check Form)
✔️ FORM 45 (Declaration of Directors)
* The above forms will be sent to you by our secretarial service team before signing
【Step 4】Submit the information to ACRA (1 working day)
【Step 5】 Registration is completed and the company is incorporated (1-3 working days)
If there is any problem with the incorporation, it needs to be verified by the government (the period is 2 weeks-2 months). However, this situation is a special case required by the government and rarely occurs. If it occurs we will assist our clients in the verification process.
