After your Singapore company has been set up, there are a series of related matters. Our Secretarial Services team will help you prepare the relevant documents and assist in opening the account. In addition, you will need to:
[Hold a directors’ meeting] : The company shall hold a directors’ meeting after the completion of registration to record or settle the secretarial affairs of the company at the initial stage, and we will prepare the relevant meeting documents and minutes for our clients.
[Opening a bank account] : Must meet the compliance requirements of the bank, we will assist in preparing the information required by different banks. Opening a bank account may take more than one month.
[Appointing a statutory company secretary] : Appoint a qualified statutory company secretary (must be done within 6 months after the company is incorporated).
[Appointment of an auditor] : If the company does not qualify for audit exemption, an auditor must be appointed (within 3 months of incorporation).
[Register of beneficial owners – RORC] : Since March 31, 2017, all companies, foreign companies, and limited liability partnerships (LLPs) incorporated in Singapore, unless exempted, must maintain a Register of Registrable Controllers (RORC) at their registered office address or their authorized agent within 30 days from the date of incorporation.
[Application for necessary licenses/certificates] : For example, application for tourism license, application for education college license, application for import/export license, etc., which need to be decided according to different business scope, please consult our secretarial service team.
