- Dining in resume with maximum 2 person and work from home to remain default in Singapore
- Dining in groups of 2 people from 21 June 2021, groups of up to five will resume mid-July subject to prevailing Covid-19 situation at the time.
- Employers should continue to exercise flexibility in their employees’ work arrangements as Singapore emerges from this period of heightened alert.
- Submit new DP or LTVP applications using myMOM portal from 26 July 2021
- EP online users can use myMOM portal to submit new applications for Dependent’s Pass (DP) and Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP).
- Revised CPF contribution rates from 1 January 2022
- CPF contribution rates for employees aged 55 to 70 will be increased to strengthen their retirement adequacy.
- Updates on border measures for travellers from Australia and Guangdong Province, Mainland China
(a) Travelers from Australia to Serve 7-Day SHN at Place of Residence
- From 2 July 2021, 2359 hours, Singapore Citizens (SCs), Permanent Residents (PRs) and Long-Term Pass holders with travel history to Australia within last 21days entering Singapore will be subject to Serve 7-Day SHN at Place of Residence and COVID-19 PCR tests upon arrival and before the end of the SHN period.
- Short-term travellers holding an Air Travel Pass (ATP), with travel history to Australia within last 21days will not be allowed to enter Singapore.
(b) Relax border measure for travellers from Guangdong Province, Mainland China.
- From 2 July 2021, 2359 hours, all travellers with travel history to Guangdong Province, Mainland China within last 21days entering Singapore will undergo a COVID-19 PCR tests upon arrival and allowed to go about their activities in Singapore if PCR test result is negative and no need to serve a 7-day SHN period.
- Short-term travellers with travel history to Guangdong Province, Mainland China within last 21days can apply for an ATP with immediate effect, for enter into Singapore on or after 7 July 2021 and undergo a COVID-19 PCR tests upon arrival and allowed to go about their activities in Singapore if PCR test result is negative.
- Changes to Migrant Worker Stay-Home Notice (SHN) and Onboarding Requirements
- All travellers from higher-risk countries or regions will be subjected to a 14-day Stay-Home Notice (SHN) at a SHN Dedicated Facility (SDF), instead of 21-days.
- All newly arrived Work Permit Holders and S Pass holders from these countries or regions and staying in dormitories or working in Construction, Marine and Process (CMP) sectors will continue an additional 7-day stay at the Migrant Worker Onboarding Centre (MWOC) or a dedicated facility.
